Clothing:Michiru wears what is basically a short kimono(-looking dress). It's black, with light green lining, and a dark blue obi. Over that she wears a white jacket with the kanji for medic in red on the back, with the sleeves rolled up. She has a silver braclet with a star charm hanging off it, and dark blue sandals.
History: Michiru was the result of a drunken one night stand between Kankuro and Rin when Rin was visiting Suna to help update the medical facilities. When Michiru was born, Rin wanted to take Michiru back to Konoha with her, but since she was born in Suna (and carried the bloodline of the Kazekage), the council refused. Kankuro left for a long-term mission immediately after Michiru was concepted, and didn't come back until after the council had dealt with it and put her up for adoption. Gaara was aware of the circumstance, but not of the specific people involved, and let it pass, assuming Michiru would be adopted. She wasn't.
So, Michiru spent the majority of her life alone, raised in an orphanage. She went to academy because really... what else are you going to do in a ninja village? Her grades were more than decent; she was a really good student and caught onto things quickly. When it came to her three man team, though, they tended to consider her the weakest link or just ignore her completely. She passed the chuunin exam on her first try, even though she took it a little late compared to most people. However, on the first mission she embarked on with the rest of her (now all chuunin) team, they were all attacked. Her teammates were killed, and Michiru barely escaped with her life. It was because of that mission and the fact that she felt so helpless as she watched her teammates die that she began training as a medicnin. After barely learning a few basic jutsu and some general medical knowledge, she was sent to Konoha to help with their medicnin problem (that being the fact that their constantly understaffed) and to acquire more training from Konoha's superb medical staff.
Barely a day after she came into Konoha, she became acquainted with Inuzuka Kin. He pretty much immediately swept her off her feet by being the first person to ever really care about or pay attention to her (besides Ichigo, but she dismisses that because he cares about EVERYONE in Suna), and they've been dating ever since that day. She tried to meddle in his business and make him get along with his arch-rival Makoto... but that didn't work out too well.
She found out that she wasn't an orphan after all, and lived happily ever after with her real family. (Except relations with both of her parents, moreso her mother than father, are kind of weird and forced.) At some point she made jounin. Then the war against Cloud started. With no word on the other side from or about Kin, Michiru threw herself into her work with vigor and has been firmly planted waist-deep in it ever since. Although recently, she has began to realize that all work and no play leads to a very stressful existence and has been out looking for a balance.
Personality: Michiru is generally a quiet and introverted sort of person. She's good at making her presence unnoticable, and gets a little kick out of seemingly popping out of nowhere. For a ninja, Michi can be extreeeemely moralistic. She sees things in terms of what's right and what's wrong. She isn't afraid to voice an opinion that goes against the general consensus if what she thinks she's saying is right. She can be very warm and what someone might even call motherly, to a degree. She is self-relient and doesn't depend others to do what she could be doing herself. Which sort of ties in with her whole over-working herself problem...
Michi's Hex!
• Ninjutsu: Kicks ass at ninjutsu. Especially of the medical variety. Can cure whatever ails you in five minutes with some duct tape and a popsicle stick. Is just that good.
• Intelligence: Is pretty big on reading, and acquires a lot of information that way. Knows a lot about... medical things.
• Stamina: Umm... no. Is a delicate blossoming flower.
• Chakra control: Has it in spades. :D
• Speed: Not as fast as a speeding bullet, but faster than most. Speed is everything when you are SAVING LIVES!
• Weapons: Durp. Has senbon, uses them. End of story.
• Genjutsu: Was Michi's specialty before becoming a chuunin. She's a little rusty, but can make some nice ones.
• Taijutsu: She fights like a little girl. xD Bad Michi! You should be ashamed!
